First bag of Northern Coffeeworks I've bought in a few years. Plus for being open till four on a Sunday. Was in need of a bag for the week and they were the best roaster still open.
The barista was excellent in helping me find a good bean.
It tasted like a heavy medium roast. Grinded coarse and turned up the temp to better the taste.
I'm feeling much better about brewing Ethiopian beans now. Maybe I will write a how-to post soon.
