First pull of Onyx coffee. Expectations are high. High profile coffee roaster from Arkansas.
- First pull at 14 poured through at 18 seconds. This was a sour pull I tossed. 36g
- Second was 11, came out at 25 seconds. 36g
- Third was 10 at 30 seconds. 36g
Still sour. See, Onyx recommends a 20:45 ratio which is much longer than I was pulling.
