Really good Sey coffee. Let it sit for three weeks off roast before brewing. We went to Belize for a week after I opened this bag. When we came back this bag was so good to come home to.
There were a few good coffee shops in San Pedro. Nothing roasted like we have here. Lots of espresso options. Bitter and not sure how fresh the coffee was. Drank mostly small lattes.
Katie and Thea had some great sugar coffee drinks.
