Pink bourbon is a new variety for Huila, Colombia. Genetically from Ethiopia.
First pour over was light and watery. Started at 20 on the Baratza with a total time of 3:30. Temp was 209°. Going to drop to 18 grind with 207° next time. Came out flat and watery but I can taste the potential.
