Nectarine, simple syrup. Roasted Jan 14, two weeks off.
First two grinds were at 20. Pour came through around 4ish. Tasted too dark for this light roast. Couldn't get any flavors from it.
18 grind size this time.
Not liking this coffee very much. It has a dark roast flavor that I can't shake no matter how I brew it. Maybe try this as an espresso?
