Had this bag on New Year's Eve. Morning brewed for pour over using ChatGPT instructions. They instructed me to go way coarse, which I thought was crazy. Turns out it brewed nicely. Does AI know how, or the best way, to brew coffee? I took a pic of the bag and asked it how to brew. More data is needed.
Just did milk and espresso drinks and they are good. Only three star good though. Not bad at all. Other beans are better. Dipped a biscotti cookie in my flat white. It's a beautiful sunny winter day out today. Looking forward to 2026. Happy New Year.
